Attorney Paul Thomas Rabchenuk is a practicing lawyer with over twenty five years of experience. A graduate of New England School of Law, he holds a Masters Degree in Public Affairs from the Graduate School of International Affairs, University of Pittsburgh and a Certificate in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University
He is one of only a few Massachusetts lawyers admitted to practice before the Supreme court of the United States and is admitted to the United States Court of International Trade, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. In addition, he practices before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and all subordinate courts.
A specialist in international trade, Attorney Rabchenuk has reviewed “The Prosecution of International Crimes: a Critical Study of the International Tribunal in the Former Yugoslavia” and authored “Why Poland in NATO?”
Sharing his expertise as a mentor to others, Attorney Rabchenuk is a visiting professor at Salem State College where he teaches Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. He previously taught at several other Massachusetts universities and colleges.
A former Town Manager of Saugus, Massachusetts, he has expertise in the areas of business and corporate management, development and planning, housing, administrative law and legislative procedure.
